Runeworks LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Whitespace mobile game (the “App”) handles information.

Summary

Whitespace is a single-player game. We do not collect information that personally identifies you. Your game progress stays on your device, and we use a third-party analytics service to collect anonymous, aggregated data that helps us improve the game.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information that identifies you. The App stores the following locally on your device:

• Game progress (high scores, distance traveled, run statistics)
• In-game currency balances and unlocked items (themes, powerups)
• Settings and preferences
• Whether you have purchased the Premium upgrade

This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting the App removes it.

Separately, we use a third-party analytics service to understand how the game is played. This collects anonymous gameplay and usage data — such as session length, level progress, in-game events, crash reports, and general device and regional information (for example, device model, operating system version, and country). This data is aggregated and used only to improve the App. It is not used to identify you, and we do not link it to your name or contact details.

Purchases

Whitespace offers a one-time Premium in-app purchase, processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchases are handled under Apple's terms and privacy policy. To restore a previous purchase, use Restore Purchase on the Premium screen.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's App Store and StoreKit to process in-app purchases. Apple's handling of your information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

The App also uses a third-party analytics provider to collect the anonymous usage data described above. That provider processes the data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

The App does not use third-party advertising services. If our use of third-party services changes, we will update this policy and the App's App Store privacy details before doing so.

Children's Privacy

Whitespace is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The analytics data we collect is anonymous and is not used to identify any individual, including children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

Data Security

Because your game data is stored only on your device, you remain in control of it. We do not operate servers that store your personal information.

Your Choices

You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by deleting the App from your device. Deleting the App also stops any further collection of analytics data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
