health information.
This notice explains what health information Feltide processes and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Notice.

Local by design. Journal information is processed on your iPhone and stored in an encrypted local database. There is no Feltide account or cloud journal. Runeworks does not receive your journal during normal app use.
Categories and sources
The information available in your journal depends on what you choose to enter and which optional permissions you enable.
| Category | Source and examples |
|---|---|
| Self-recorded wellbeing | Your optional mood, energy, stress, sleep-quality and sleep-duration entries, and optional body weight. |
| Symptoms and context | Your chosen symptoms, severity, occurrence times, body location or side, notes, and custom tracker names or values. |
| Daily factors | Food quantity or tags, activity, medicine and supplement schedules and dose records, usual activities and effort, optional cycle notes, and other details you choose to record. |
| Imported health measurements | Sleep and steps read from Apple Health only after you connect and grant access, plus body weight only after a separate opt-in. |
| Journal-derived information | On-device daily symptom-course summaries derived from saved records, recorded peaks, trends, factor comparisons, and the widget values or reports you choose to create. Summaries do not create entries. |
Feltide does not obtain health data from data brokers, advertisers or other people. Choosing a symptom does not assign a diagnosis. Notes and custom fields may contain other sensitive information if you choose to enter it.
Why this information is used
Feltide uses this information on your iPhone to save entries, organize your history, show charts and comparisons, remember tracker choices, and create reports, encrypted backups and the limited widget snapshot you choose. Apple Health imports can reduce manual entry. Local reminders use a general check-in message without health details.
Patterns describe recorded observations. Feltide does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, or determine that one factor caused another.
Disclosures and sharing
- Your choices: reports and encrypted backups are saved or shared to the destination you choose. Readable CSV and PDF exports may be accessible to recipients or services you share them with.
- App extensions: a minimal widget snapshot is shared locally with the Feltide widget extension through an iOS App Group. Health values require opt-in, and no database key is shared.
- Purchases: Apple and RevenueCat process purchase-related information for Pro. Feltide does not send them journal records, health attributes or Apple Health measurements.
- Support: if you include health information in an email, the email provider and the person answering your request can access it. Do not send health records or backup files.
Runeworks does not sell consumer health information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to personalize Pro promotions. Feltide does not use geofencing around healthcare facilities or collect precise location for its journal.
Your controls
You can skip any field, choose which trackers appear, edit and delete journal records, export your information, manage sleep, steps and the separate body-weight import in Settings under Apple Health, hide widget values, and delete the local journal. Withdrawing a permission stops future access. When disconnecting Apple Health in Feltide, you can choose to keep or remove previously imported measurements. Copies shared outside Feltide must be managed with their recipients or storage providers.
Make an encrypted backup before deleting the app or replacing your device if you want to retain your journal. We cannot recover a lost key or password and cannot retrieve records stored only on your iPhone.
Requests and questions
For questions about access, deletion, consent, support emails or privacy rights, email hello@runeworks.io with the subject “Feltide consumer health privacy.” Do not attach your journal, health records, password or backup. We will explain what information Runeworks holds, if any, and how we can help.
To appeal our response to a privacy request, reply and ask for a review. You do not need to send your journal to use Feltide’s privacy controls.
If Washington consumer-health privacy protections apply to your request and you are dissatisfied with the outcome of an appeal, you can find complaint information through the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. Other rights and complaint routes may depend on where you live.
